SPECIAL COMMITTEE NO. 07
No.PAP/Legis-1(19)/2024/193.In exercise of all the powers enabling him in this behalf and pursuant to the mandate granted by the House during the sitting held on November 13, 2024, Mr Speaker has been pleased to constitute Special Committee No. 07 in terms of rule 187 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, comprising the following:
2.The Committee shall consider the issue raised by Syed Ali Haider Gilani, Chairperson PAC-II on November 13, 2024(Annexed).
3.The Committee may seek assistance from any Provincial Department or agency of Provincial Government or Federal Government which it may deem necessary for discharge of its functions.
4.The Committee may co-opt any other Member of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab whom it may consider necessary for discharge of its functions.
5.The Committee shall submit its report containing recommendations and proposals to the Assembly within a period of two months.
