Mrs Joyce Rofin Julius wife of Bishop Rofin Julius was born on September 1, 1949. She was Member of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 2002-07, 2008-13, 2013-18; functioned as Minister for Minorities Affairs during 2003-07; and as Parliamentary Secretary for Schools Education during 2013-18. She has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the fourth consecutive term in General Elections 2018 against one of the eight seats reserved for non-Muslims.
